Technical Coordinator Conference and Media Technology

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator for Conference and Media Technology at our Berlin location. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical preparation, setup, and support of meetings, conferences, and in-person, hybrid, and streaming events.

Your tasks include the operation and further development of modern conference, media, and collaboration technologies, especially Microsoft Teams Rooms. You will operate, monitor, and support professional audio, video, presentation, and signal transmission systems. As the primary point of contact for national and international guests, you will ensure a professional service experience and a smooth event flow – even under time pressure.

Your responsibilities include analyzing and resolving technical issues, maintenance and upkeep measures, as well as managing and maintaining technical equipment, including inventory management.

We expect a completed apprenticeship in event, media, or information technology or a comparable technical qualification, alternatively several years of practical experience. You have sound knowledge of audio, video, and conference systems as well as modern video conferencing solutions. Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams and basic IT and network understanding are required.

We value your confident, friendly, and professional demeanor, your high service and customer orientation, as well as your independent, structured way of working. Reliability and discretion are essential. Knowledge of streaming, network, or electrical engineering, as well as experience in international environments, are desirable. Very good German and good English skills are required.
