Job description

Experienced Technical Project Manager needed for complex large-scale projects involving steam generator dismantling in Baden-Württemberg. The role is hybrid.

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager for demanding large-scale projects in the area of steam generator dismantling at a site in Baden-Württemberg. The position is designed as hybrid.

Your tasks include technical project management from start to finish: You will plan schedules and resources using modern tools such as MS Project or Primavera, coordinate production processes and material flows via ERP systems, and manage personnel and operating resources in the technical environment. You will coordinate external service providers, carry out project controlling, and use Excel or Power BI for meaningful analyses. You will track measures to ensure compliance with milestones and budgets according to established project management methods such as PMI or PRINCE2.

An important aspect of your activity is the proactive identification and evaluation of risks, bottlenecks, and possible delays. You will be involved in procurement processes, tenders, and contract awards and will be regularly present on site.

You should have a technical education with further training or studies in engineering or industrial engineering. Experience in industrial large-scale projects, ideally from plant construction, production, dismantling, or the power plant environment, is advantageous. You have strong technical understanding, an operational hands-on mentality, and sound knowledge in schedule, process, and resource planning. A permit according to the Radiation Protection Act is required.

This position offers the opportunity to shape complex technical projects and contribute your project management know-how in a demanding environment.
