• Ensuring a smooth process for necessary third-party approvals for the successful implementation of the projects.
• Taking over complete work packages within a large network expansion project.
• Managing internal and external service providers and interface management of internal specialist disciplines.
• Information and coordination meetings with municipalities, territorial authorities, as well as citizens and stakeholders.
• Coordination of the creation and quality assurance of contractual documents.
• Conducting negotiations with landowners and public institutions.
• Coordination with owners and beneficiaries for the use of the areas.
• Successfully completed university degree in the field of environmental science, environmental engineering, agricultural science, geography, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in contract law support in large infrastructure projects.
• Efficient task management and high project management qualities.
• Interdisciplinary thinking and assertiveness.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High willingness to travel and driver's license class B.
• Experience in dealing with public institutions.
• Knowledge in the area of approval processes.
