Responsibilities

Rapid familiarization with projects and sub-projects, deputizing for the internal project manager, monitoring progress, milestones, resources, and costs, as well as coordinating stakeholders, agile working methods, project management processes, Jira, and Confluence.

• Several years of experience in managing complex projects or programs
• Experience in the army environment, federal agencies
• Demonstrable experience in Project Assurance, Project Reviews, Audit, or PMO management
• Sound knowledge of common project methodologies (e.g., HERMES, PMI, PRINCE2, Agile)
• Experience in risk management and project steering
• Experience in collaboration with management and/or the board of directors
• Good understanding of ICT strategies and transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• High degree of independence and objective judgment
• Strong communication skills at management and C-level
• Assertiveness combined with diplomatic skill
• Structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Very good German language skills
• English is an advantage
