Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the overall schedule
- Consolidate and coordinate sub-schedules
- Synchronize work packages from different European locations
- Identify and track critical paths
- Clarify technical dependencies with specialist departments
- Organize and moderate planning meetings
- Coordinate internal stakeholders
- Work closely with the on-site coordinator in the project country
- Ensure a consistent, robust overall plan
- Actively involve project participants and convince them of joint schedules

- Several years of experience as a Project Scheduler in complex, large-scale projects
- Experience in the railway, infrastructure, or signaling engineering environment
- Very good knowledge of Primavera P6
- Experience with integrated schedules and multi-project structures
- Technical understanding of interrelationships and dependencies
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Assertiveness and the ability to bring together different interests
- Fluent English
