Job description
As a Test Coordinator, you will manage all testing activities for the SAP MM module rollout, ensuring a low-risk go-live through structured planning, acceptance, and defect tracking.
Responsibilities
- Development and coordination of an overall test concept for the SAP MM rollout
- Definition and prioritization of test types, test scope, and test objectives for each technical work package
- Organizational and content planning of tests along the project plan
- Creation of use cases, test scripts, and test data for business acceptance tests
- Support of tests by operational teams, progress monitoring, and reporting
- Defect coordination, retesting, and management of bug fixing feedback until release
- Examination and use of testing capabilities in the CBTA environment

- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in test coordination of SAP implementation projects
- Experience in the implementation of SAP MM and in the end-to-end process Purchase to Pay
- Experience in the rollout of the SAP Fiori Launchpad in the SAP MM environment as well as with CBTA tests
- Conception of test concepts, test scripts, use cases, and test data
- Proficient in software-supported test management, e.g., JIRA, and in training testers
- Communicative team player with experience in public service and with external providers
- Very good German language skills
