Test Manager with Workday/ServiceNow Experience

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager (m/f/d) for a demanding project in the area of enterprise software implementation. The position can be filled 100% remotely and offers a project duration of 12 months with possible extension.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the holistic conception, establishment, and operational control of a company-wide test management approach. This includes the planning and execution of System Integration Tests (SIT), User Acceptance Tests (UAT), and End-to-End tests. You will select, implement, and manage pragmatic test and defect tracking tools, as well as test environments and data flows. As a functional leader, you will lead cross-functional test teams, manage defect processes, and create KPI dashboards for steering committees.

Furthermore, you will develop sustainable regression test concepts and ensure a structured handover of test artifacts and processes to the future operating organization.

Requirements

• Sound experience in test management and test strategy
• Proven expertise with Workday and/or ServiceNow
• Knowledge of SIT/UAT and defect tracking
• Experience with regression tests
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German language skills (C1)
• Timely availability from December 2026
