Create test scripts for web and mobile applications using Robot Framework and Python, collaborating with test managers and product owners. Requires experience in test automation and knowledge of Python, Robot Framework, and various protocols.
Project overview
Creation of test scripts for WebGUI and mobile apps with Robot Framework in Python based on test cases or requirements, considering reusability for other test teams.
Collaboration with test managers and product owners on planning test activities.
Identification and analysis of requirements for end-to-end tests.
Creation of specifications regarding required software and hardware.
Continuous improvement and maintenance of the tool and test infrastructure.
Commissioning through execution of various tests and adjustments during operation.
Requirements
Experience in software development or in the field of test automation.
Knowledge of the test automation tool Robot Framework.
Know-how in the object-oriented programming language Python.
Knowledge of development environments (Visual Studio, Eclipse, IntelliJ).
Expertise in client-server architectures.
Solid expertise in CAN, DoIP, MQTT, and HTTP protocols.
Basic knowledge of Git and Team Foundation Server.
Experience in using CI/CD pipelines with well-known DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps and Atlassian Toolset.
Basic knowledge of defect management tools.
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written.
