- Creation, updating, and control of QA plans
- Planning, coordination, and monitoring of all project-related quality assurance measures
- Execution of formal and content-related quality controls of project results and artifacts
- Verification of the completeness of required control evidence and project documentation
- Documentation of quality assurance results and tracking of measures
- Regular coordination with clients, contractors, and project participants
- Participation in project kick-offs, reviews, and project closing events
- Execution and support of project risk analyses
- Creation and maintenance of test plans for projects without software development
- Preparation, execution, and documentation of tests and acceptances
- Execution of formal and content-related release processes according to specified procedures
