Job description
GFN GmbH is seeking IT trainers/lecturers for system integration specialists for freelance or permanent positions in funded education. The role involves teaching various IT topics, both online and in person.
Project overview
GFN GmbH is an educational provider with IT specialization that supports people nationwide in their further training and professional reorientation.
For freelance employment or permanent positions in the funded education sector, we are looking for IT trainers (m/f/x) for in-person classes (at our locations in Freiburg, Donaueschingen, and Stuttgart, among others) and/or for online classes, effective immediately.
Responsibilities
IT training on the following core topics for IT specialists system integration (m/f/x)
- Setting up an IT workstation (hardware and software)
- Introduction to network technology (network topologies, network components, connecting devices, protocols, OSI layer models)
- Server fundamentals, current server and client operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Virtualization, cloud computing
- PowerShell
- IT security (attack types, firewalls, DMZ, encryption, VPN, virus protection and removal)
- Data protection (GDPR) and data security
- Exam preparation
Requirements
- IHK training qualification (AEVO) or willingness to obtain it
- Completed IT training, computer science degree, or similar qualification
- Teaching experience in adult education, ideally in the funded education sector (proof required)
- Current certifications, e.g., Microsoft Azure (AZ 104) or Linux Essentials are advantageous
- Openness to heterogeneous groups
- Willingness for continuous further training.
