Support in the area of OpenText Fax / RightFax Remote

Project overview

For one of our major clients, we are currently looking for support in the area of OpenText Fax / RightFax who meets the following requirements:

Responsibilities

• Performing configuration adjustments within an OpenText Fax / RightFax environment.
• Remote support and coordination via email during usual business hours (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM).
• Support with RightFax Capacity Additions
• Support and maintenance of existing Fax Document Delivery Channels
• Support in the area of Fax over IP (FoIP)
• Maintenance and support of RightFax Enterprise Edition
• Support and maintenance of the RightFax PDF Module

Requirements

• Very good practical knowledge of OpenText RightFax
• Knowledge of RightFax Capacity Additions
• Experience with Fax Additional DDC Maintenance
• Knowledge in the area of FoIP Enablement
• Experience with Existing Fax Document Delivery and Channel Maintenance
• Knowledge of RightFax Enterprise Edition or the RightFax Fax Server
• Experience with the RightFax PDF Module
• Ideally, experience with ASP Support
• Independent and reliable way of working in a remote environment
• Experience in the public sector is an advantage
• Location: 100% Remote
• Start expected on 10/01/2026 or 11/01/2026.
• Duration: 12 months + option
• Support hours: Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
• Partial utilization possible
