UX Design System Expert

Project overview

For our client in Frankfurt am Main, we are currently looking for a UX Design System Expert (m/f/d) for the further development and governance of a company-wide design system.

Responsibilities

The assignment is full-time with 3 days per week on-site in Frankfurt am Main.

• Further development and maintenance of a company-wide design system
• Expansion and optimization of UI components in Figma
• Creation and further development of design standards and guidelines
• Coordination with UX, business, and development teams
• Ensuring consistent implementation of design specifications
• Support with topics such as design tokens, component architectures, and documentation
• Promotion of a uniform user experience across various digital products

Requirements

Environment:

UX Design, Design Systems, Figma, Figma Libraries, UI/UX, Interaction Design, Design Tokens, Frontend, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, UX Guidelines, Jira, Confluence, AI-supported Design

• Several years of practical experience in the areas of UX Design, Usability, User Experience, and Interaction Design
• Extensive experience in building, maintaining, and further developing complex design systems and Figma Libraries
• Profound knowledge of modern frontend technologies, especially HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Very good knowledge of Figma as well as component-based design systems
• Knowledge in the use of AI-supported processes and tools in the UX/Design environment
