With this request, we are looking for a UX / UI Designer

Description

The client of our partner, a leading financial institution in Southern Germany, is digitizing its core processes and taking the mobile customer experience to the next level. As an experienced UX/UI Designer, you will translate highly complex banking and payment flows into intuitive, first-class native app interfaces for iOS and Android. Actively design future-proof interfaces that are used daily by thousands of users.

Activity

Conception and design of intuitive end-to-end user journeys, screen flows, and navigation concepts for native apps (iOS & Android)

Creation of highly interactive prototypes, wireframes, and UI components directly in Figma based on existing design systems

Seamless handover to development through implementation-ready design specifications in close agile collaboration with development teams

Ensuring consistency, outstanding usability, and consistent adherence to WCAG standards (accessibility)

Skills

Sound practical experience in mobile UX/UI design for native apps (iOS & Android) including modern interaction concepts

Expert level in Figma (Design Libraries, Auto Layout, component architecture, interactive prototyping)

Demonstrable experience in the conception of complex user journeys and strict accessibility (WCAG)

Routine in interdisciplinary, agile collaboration and precise handover to development teams

Nice to have

Industry experience in digital banking, mobile banking apps, or payment processes

Practical experience in the targeted use of AI tools to accelerate design and workflow processes
