• Individual and expert advice for our customers on bicycles and e-bikes
• Advice on frame sizes, components, equipment, and suitable models
• Presentation and explanation of different bicycles and technical equipment
• Accompanying test rides on our indoor test track
• Advice on cycling, sports, and functional clothing
• Sales of bicycle helmets, cycling shoes, and accessories
• Assistance with trying on, selection, and fit
• Advice on current products and trends
• Creation of offers and sales contracts
• Digital preparation of financing and leasing processes for our finance service
• Attractive and complete presentation of our merchandise
• Support in achieving the goals of your sales area
• Close cooperation with our warehouse team
• Participation in regular inventory checks
• Completed vocational training or professional experience in retail or sales
• Enjoyment of advice, sales, and direct customer contact
• Enthusiasm for bicycles, e-bikes, cycling, sportswear, or accessories
• Ideally, technical understanding of bicycles
• or the motivation to acquire this knowledge with us
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• You remain friendly, calm, and solution-oriented even during high customer traffic
• Confident use of common IT applications
