- Close customer contact
- Complaint processing and dunning control
- Purchasing of accessories
- Collaboration with field sales and production in Austria and Hungary
- Administrative tasks (reports, analyses, data maintenance, etc.)
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (HAK, HLW, FH, etc.)
- Fluent English skills (written and communicative)
- Hungarian skills are an advantage
- Ideally, initial professional experience in internal sales
- Affinity for chemistry/water treatment or technical understanding/interest
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally SAP
- Communicative team player with a strong service and customer orientation
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working with a hands-on mentality
- Parental leave replacement until approximately March 2029
- 20-24 hours per week/flexible hours/home office

- For this position, we offer a gross monthly salary of EUR 3,470,- on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and experience, overpayment is possible.
