LINDE + WIEMANN, headquartered in Dillenburg, Central Hesse, is a family-owned, medium-sized company in the automotive supply industry. For over 80 years, we have been a partner to the international automotive industry, supplying globally active vehicle manufacturers and suppliers with safety-relevant structural components for car bodies.

We focus on developing new products that help increase vehicle safety while reducing weight. Our products are also independent of the powertrain. We currently employ approximately 2,500 dedicated employees worldwide, close to our customers, at 18 locations in 8 countries across 4 continents.

As part of parental leave cover, we are looking for a dedicated individual for our Hagenbach location, effective immediately. The position is fixed-term until March 31, 2028. A decision regarding a possible extension or permanent employment will be possible no earlier than early 2028.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the creation and implementation of budget planning and forecasts for the Hagenbach and Ingolstadt production plants
• Creation of regular analyses, reports, and plan/forecast vs. actual deviations, including preparation, presentation, and derivation of recommendations for action
• Creation of contribution margin calculations, simulations, and profitability analyses
• Support in determining and maintaining transfer prices
• Participation in optimizing processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost awareness
• Creation of regular reporting to plant management and the Controlling Team Manager
• Support with monthly and annual financial statements
• Maintenance of controlling data in our IT systems Lucanet and LN-Infor

• Completed business administration degree with a focus on Controlling/Finance
• Alternatively, completed commercial vocational training with relevant further education
• Several years of specialized professional experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Ideally, user knowledge of Lucanet and LN-Infor
• Good MS Excel skills
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level), English skills are an advantage
• Analytical thinking, structured and independent way of working
• Team spirit and strong communication skills
• Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
