• You analyze, design, and optimize processes related to the start of supply and basic and replacement supply within market communication
• You capture functional and regulatory requirements, assess their impact on existing processes, and develop practical solutions
• You coordinate the implementation of new market requirements and legal provisions in close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external market partners
• You identify process weaknesses, derive optimization measures, and ensure a sustainable increase in efficiency and process quality
• You support the continuous further development of market communication processes and ensure their compliant implementation according to current market requirements

Your Qualifications

• You have experience in process or project management and convince with strong analytical thinking skills as well as a structured approach to complex issues
• You have already gained practical experience in the field of market communication in the German energy market, especially in the business processes of supplier switching and ideally in the start of supply and basic and replacement supply
• The analysis of process and system errors, incident management, and the sustainable development of solutions are among your professional strengths
• As an interface between specialist departments, you know how to bring together different requirements, professionally coordinate stakeholders, and successfully implement joint solutions
• You have good technical understanding and possess knowledge of energy industry market processes (GPKE) as well as experience with SAP R/3, MS Office, and common ticket and incident management systems, such as S-NOW
