• Customizing in SAP HCM PT (Time Management).
• New setup, maintenance, and adaptation of the time management schemes and rules.
• Requirements analysis and solution design in close cooperation with HR IT and the business department.
• Close coordination with SAP HCM module managers and application experts.
• Management of HCM developers in the context of SAP HCM PT (Time Management).
• Support for development coordination regarding interfaces to non-SAP systems.
• Administration of changes from requirements, projects, and incidents in the ITSM tool (Omnitracker).
• Monitoring of SAP notes, cooperation with SAP Support/OSS messages.
• Documentation and knowledge transfer.

Your Qualifications

• Very good customizing knowledge or several years of experience in SAP HCM PT (Time Management).
• Very good knowledge of the schemes and rules of SAP HCM PT (Time Management).
• Knowledge of the collective bargaining agreements TV-V and TV-N is desirable.
• Good knowledge of IT-SM processes according to ITIL: Change, Release, Service Request, and Incident Management.
• Knowledge of software development processes in SAP environments.
• Team player, strong service orientation, and high customer focus.
