• Overall responsibility for planning, controlling, and implementing complex technical projects in the area described above, while adhering to time, cost, quality, and resource goals
• Control of project resources, milestones, quality gates, backlogs, and sub-projects according to established project management methods (classic / hybrid / agile)
• Responsibility for budget planning, cost controlling, risk management, and derivation and tracking of measures
• Active stakeholder and committee management, including organization and leadership of steering committees
• Contract and claim management, including change requests, service acceptance, and close collaboration with Legal, clients, and external partners
• Overall technical coordination, including defining the approach, ensuring solution quality, and contributing to SLAs
• Transparent project documentation and regular reporting to management and relevant stakeholders

Your Qualifications

• Completed technical degree (e.g., Applied Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Software Engineering)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in managing complex, cross-functional IT development projects as overall project manager, program manager, IT operations manager, or similar
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Practical experience in complex, highly regulated IT projects with Trust Service Providers (QTSP)
• Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements (including eIDAS2.0, ETSI EN 319 xxx, GDPR, BSI requirements, gematik specifications CA/Browser Forum)
• Experience in dealing with clients or service providers in the public sector or highly regulated environments (own activities/tasks described in detail in references)
• Very good knowledge of project and risk management tools, as well as project controlling and reporting, including in agile and hybrid contexts
• Good English language skills (B2)
• Profound knowledge of IT security, cryptography and PKI, eHealth, TI infrastructure components, and compliance processes
• Entrepreneurial and responsible working style

• Presentation skills (management-level presentation of complex issues) and confident demeanor
