The position is limited to two years and can be part-time, provided that full-time performance of duties is ensured through job sharing.

• Participation in teaching for the Bachelor's program in E-Commerce: Support for existing courses, conducting and designing own English-language courses, grading own and others' courses, supervision of final theses
• Conducting research activities in the areas of digitalization, e-commerce, digital business, and related fields: Applying for, conducting, and supervising research and practice development projects with a strong connection to the research profile of the Chiemgau Campus and the E-Commerce program, including support for third-party funding applications and other fundraising activities
• Support in the development, strategic orientation, and operational organization of the E-Commerce program, e.g., in student recruitment, program communication, or international profile building
• Conducting knowledge and technology transfer in the area of responsibility: Participation in company transfer events, conducting teaching and company projects, keynote speeches at company events
• Teaching obligation of up to 8 SWS/semester
• A completed university degree at Master's level in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar field of study
• Very good English language skills
• High motivation, flexibility, and independent work with intensive contact with students, professors, and external partners
• Sufficient German language skills (at least B1 level)
• Advantageous is: Experience in research and/or teaching
