For a demanding project in the rail and infrastructure sector, a Senior IT Consultant is sought for the rollout management of the dMaint solution. The goal is the operational planning, steering, and coordination of the standardized introduction of dMaint in several plants, as well as ensuring functional and technical readiness for go-lives. The assignment includes rollout roadmaps, schedule and risk management, fit-to-standard assessments, change and stakeholder management, and preparation of test, cutover, and hypercare activities.

The project operates hybrid with regular coordination between the central team, plants, and departments.

Responsibilities

Conception and continuation of a rollout roadmap including schedule, resource, and milestone planning

Operational planning, steering, and coordination of rollouts across multiple plants, considering release calendars and dependencies

Preparation and moderation of governance, status, and steering meetings, as well as creation of management reports

Conducting fit-to-standard assessments, analysis, and harmonization of existing manufacturing and maintenance processes

Planning and coordination of integration and user acceptance tests, as well as consolidation of decision-relevant test results

Creation and coordination of cutover, go-live, hypercare, and rollback concepts, as well as development of a go-live recommendation

Conception and coordination of change, communication, and training measures for key users and end-users

Ensuring master data readiness, clarification of responsibilities for maintenance and operation, and handover to operations and support

Requirements

More than 3 years of experience in the introduction and scaling of innovative software solutions in a complex environment.

More than 5 years of experience and proof of at least two completed project assignments with responsibility for planning, execution, and documentation of cross-departmental coordination formats (Proof: 2 references).

Up to 3 years of experience and demonstrable knowledge of the plant landscape in vehicle maintenance, as well as a strong understanding of maintenance processes in the rail context.

More than 3 years of experience in legal and regulatory requirements for the introduction of digital solutions.

Submission of proof of qualification as a Lead Auditor according to ISO/IEC 42001 or a comparable qualification (Proof: Certificate).

More than 5 years of experience in the conception and implementation of change, communication, and enablement measures for the introduction of new digital ways of working.

More than 5 years of experience in the conception and implementation of structured stakeholder management, including stakeholder analysis and communication planning.

Up to 3 years of experience in process analysis and standardization in the manufacturing or maintenance environment.

More than 3 years of experience in assessing the quality, completeness, and responsibilities of production-relevant master data in the context of preparing digital manufacturing or maintenance processes.

Up to 3 years of experience in test and rollout management within the scope of a software rollout.
