Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction site and hold overall operational responsibility throughout the construction and installation phases.
• Coordinate all EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) activities on site.
• Obtain and review required work method statements from contractors together with the EHS specialist.
• Ensure implementation of the client's EHS Management System and verify effectiveness through regular site inspections.
• Support procurement activities and ensure construction safety requirements are included in the scope of work.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and monitor project costs, schedule, and quality.
• Organize final building inspections and coordinate the resolution of identified defects.
• Act as the CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) Subject Matter Expert for smaller investment and maintenance projects from design through execution.
• Prepare tender documentation and support bid evaluation, contractor selection, and award processes.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of CSA standards and documentation.
• Ensure project standards, specifications, and requirements are properly integrated and adhered to during execution.

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• German: C1 level (mandatory)
• English: B1 level or higher (preferred)
