1st/2nd Line Support Engineer-DV Cleared- North West £400

Project overview

1st/2nd Line Support Engineer, Desktop Support, with DV (Developed Vetting) Security Clearance is required by our client based in Manchester, North West

Full time on site, Monday to Friday

Initial 6 month contract

Paying c.£350-£400 a day (umbrella)

Working in a DV Cleared environment. You will hold a current DV clearance as the role is urgent (or be eligible)

Essential Skills:O365/M365, Azurem Intune, video conferencing and EUC device build/rollout

Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

Set up, Configuration and administration of Email systems, Exchange 2010 Routing and Convergence with other networks

Building and Configuration of HP and Dell Desktops using Microsoft System centre ConfigMgr 2012 R2

MFD Xerox printers managing via PaperCut.

Setup users on Condeco Room booking management system.

Supporting and administrating Windows server (2012 R2) W/Failover Clustering

Microsoft SharePoint 2010

Juniper Network Switches Network Patching (fibre/copper)Troubles shoot IP Addressing, routed networks.

Maintaining Active Directory for New User setup

Maintaining the security Implications within the Confines of Confidential Network.

Installing and configuring printing in a Thin Client environment

Image, configuration setting up laptops mobile devices (iPhones, iPads) using AD, SCCM, Azure Intune.

Teams Admin, Endpoint Manager, Security via Microsoft 365 Dynamic.

Managing VPN service via Zscaler
