Are you strong administratively, communicative, and do you have an affinity with healthcare? Then we are looking for you!
What will you do?
As a Service Expert for care requests in district nursing, you will handle requests within the Personal Budget (PGB) and Nursing & Care (V&V) domains. You will carefully assess and process authorization requests, ensuring clients are helped in a timely manner.
In addition to administrative tasks, you will also have telephone contact with clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders. You communicate clearly, ask the right questions, and can explain information in a clear way.

We are looking for someone who:
Is available for at least 32 hours per week (38 hours is preferred)
Possesses excellent communication skills
Is flexible and can easily switch between different tasks
Remains stress-resistant, even during busy periods
Is steadfast and can well-substantiate decisions
Is change-oriented and easily adapts to new processes and developments
Preference (strong preference)
A medical background or demonstrable affinity with healthcare
Knowledge of medical terminology
Experience with clinical reasoning
Experience as a nurse or in another role within healthcare
