Project overview

As part of strengthening the security of its Microsoft infrastructures, Vorstone is looking for an Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID Security Engineer – Semperis profile for a major client based in Ile de France (92).

Mission Context:

You will be involved in several strategic projects related to identity security, Active Directory protection, AD tiering implementation, and backup and restore solutions via Semperis.

• Participate in the audit and hardening of Active Directory environment security.
• Design and implement an AD tiering architecture (Tier 0, Tier 1, Tier 2).
• Secure privileged accounts and administrator access.
• Apply Microsoft AD security best practices.
• Contribute to reducing identity compromise risks.
• Participate in the deployment and configuration of Semperis solutions.
• Implement and secure Active Directory backup and restore procedures.
• Perform restore tests and contribute to business continuity plans.
• Ensure documentation of procedures and configurations.
• Participate in strengthening Microsoft Entra ID environment security.
• Secure privileged accounts and access.
• Implement MFA, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) mechanisms.
• Contribute to securing hybrid AD / Entra ID environments.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Architecture, and Cybersecurity teams.
• Microsoft Identities: Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• AD Backup/Restore: Semperis
• AD Security: AD Tiering, GPO, privileged accounts
• Identity Security: MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, RBAC
• Scripting: PowerShell
• Environments: Windows Server, hybrid Microsoft infrastructures
• Significant experience in administration and security of Microsoft Active Directory environments.
• Good command of AD architectures and identity security issues.
• Practical experience in implementing Active Directory tiering.
• Skills in Microsoft Entra ID security.
• Experience with Semperis solutions is a significant asset.
• Good knowledge of privileged access management and identity protection mechanisms.
• Autonomy, rigor, and ability to intervene on technical security projects.
• Fluent English.
