As an advisor for care and safety, you will work on the connection between the social and safety domains.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Drafting integrated prevention and enforcement policy for alcohol, smoking, and drugs
- Drafting and administratively coordinating the Rightful Living covenant
- Delivering a structural note outlining roles, responsibilities, and cooperation agreements
- Advising on current and complex issues at the intersection of care and safety
- Practical knowledge of the social and/or safety domain
- Completed HBO/WO education, for example Public Administration or Integral Safety Studies
- Experience with drafting municipal policy and covenants
- Well-developed network and sensitivity to administrative relationships
- Background in policy development, leading projects, or project-based work within the social and/or safety domain
- Affinity with complex issues at the intersection of care and safety
- Ability to switch between strategy, policy, and execution
