As an advisor for care and safety, you will work on the connection between the social and safety domains. You will be responsible for developing integrated prevention and enforcement policies, coordinating covenants, and advising on complex issues at the intersection of care and safety.

Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Drafting integrated prevention and enforcement policy for alcohol, smoking, and drugs
- Drafting and administratively coordinating the Rightful Living covenant
- Delivering a structural note outlining roles, responsibilities, and cooperation agreements
- Advising on current and complex issues at the intersection of care and safety
- Practical knowledge of the social and/or safety domain
- Completed HBO/WO education, for example Public Administration or Integral Safety Studies
- Experience with drafting municipal policy and covenants
- Well-developed network and sensitivity to administrative relationships
- Background in policy development, leading projects, or project-based work within the social and/or safety domain
- Affinity with complex issues at the intersection of care and safety
- Ability to switch between strategy, policy, and execution
