Advisor Contracts WNZ A-Waterways (contract)

Project overview

As a contract advisor, you will support the contract management team in guiding maintenance contracts for movable objects and variable activities in the West-Nederland Zuid region.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Provide expertise in guiding contracts for fixed maintenance of bridges, locks, and dredging work
• Assess and process changes in contract documents
• Identify and analyze contractual risks and deviations from Rijkswaterstaat's standard contract documents
• Advise the project team in reviewing contractor work packages and plans
• Support the organization with contractual issues and monitor the quality of the tender file
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the civil engineering and infrastructure sector
• Technical or business administration education at HBO work and thinking level
• Minimum 2 years of experience in guiding contracts for execution contracts, for example performance contracts, D&C and/or E&C
• Minimum 2 years of experience in regular maintenance of bridges and locks
• Knowledge of standard maintenance for movable objects is a plus
• Knowledge of contract management for emergencies, damage handling, and malfunctions is a plus
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering and the use of Relatics/GRIP is a plus
