The assignment focuses on rethinking the setup of People Strategy & Analytics within Schiphol's HR, with an analysis, design, and advisory assignment (not an interim management role).

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Analyzing the existing capabilities, roles, and responsibilities within People Strategy & Analytics
• Determining which strategic HR capabilities are needed in the long term
• Incorporating trends in AI, HR technology, data, and automation
• Developing scenarios for positioning, setup, and governance
• Advising on the division of responsibilities, collaboration, and assurance within the organization
• Delivering a strategic design and final advice including recommendations and next steps
• Extensive experience in HR strategy, organizational design, and HR transformation
• Experience with operating models, governance, and developing capabilities
• Familiarity with People Analytics, Employee Experience, and HR Technology
• Insight into the consequences of AI and digitalization for HR organizations and processes
• Proven advisory experience at director and management team level within complex organizations
• Combination of strong analytical ability and pragmatic decisiveness in execution
