Project overview

The assignment focuses on standardizing project transfer and asset information management within the Roads and Canals department.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Analyzing existing documents, procedures, and initiatives related to asset information and project transfer
• Merging these building blocks into an organization-wide framework of requirements and agreements
• Developing management requirements for application within UAV-gc contracts and RAW specifications
• Aligning requirements, demand specifications, and annexes with asset information and transfer requirements
• Achieving connection with management systems and information standards such as IMBOR and NEN 2767
• Further developing and safeguarding the role of the management organization in project processes
• Establishing a process framework for collaboration between project and management for each project phase
• Establishing an acceptance framework with checkpoints and quality criteria for transfer to management
• Developing a standard transfer file with a checklist
• Delivering an implementation and safeguarding advice for sustainable application of the procedure
• HBO bachelor's degree, minimum, in civil engineering, asset management, technical business administration, or a comparable study
• Minimum 5 years of work experience with systems engineering within the infrastructure sector, including delivery, verification, validation, or transfer to management
• At least 3 years of experience in transferring infrastructure projects to the management phase
• Work experience within a provincial, municipal, or other public organization
• Experience in asset management and asset information or information management for infrastructure projects or management organizations
• Experience in managing asset information, setting up data structures, and configuring management systems within infrastructure organizations
