ITOM wishes to progressively evolve its organization towards a Product mode of operation, while temporarily maintaining a coexistence with the Project mode.

This transformation aims to:

• Structure ITOM products focused on usage and value;
• Implement multidisciplinary, stable, and autonomous squads;
• Strengthen teams' responsibility over the entire product lifecycle, from Discovery to Build and Run;
• Unify needs, evolutions, Run activities, technical debts, and regulatory requirements in shared product backlogs;
• Clarify roles and responsibilities;
• Improve prioritization, coordination, and delivery fluidity;
• Progressively steer activity by value and results.

Profile Sought

Senior Scrum Master or operational Product/Agile Coach, with significant experience in complex and large-scale environments.

Limited experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies will not be sufficient.

Knowledge of the ITOM Context

Knowledge of IT Production and IT Operations businesses will be an asset, particularly on the following topics:

Familiarity with tools such as Dynatrace, Zabbix, Splunk, OpenSearch, or Control-M will be appreciated, without being the core of the mission.

Adopt a posture of facilitation, coaching, and knowledge transfer.

Remote work - 2 days

On-site presence days - 3 days

Visibility - 3 years, with contracts renewable every 3 months

• Contribute to defining ITOM products, their purposes, users, and scopes;
• Support the structuring of tribes and squads;
• Clarify the roles of Product Managers, Product Owners, Tech Leads, Scrum Masters, and managers;
• Assist in setting up multidisciplinary, autonomous, and responsible teams;
• Support the creation of unified and prioritized product backlogs;
• Structure adapted Discovery, Delivery, Build, and Run practices;
• Implement useful and action-oriented ceremonies;
• Improve the management of flows, capacities, obstacles, and dependencies;
• Organize coordination between squads, sites, and transversal expertise;
• Define value, quality, delivery, and maturity indicators;
• Support change management and the teams' increasing autonomy.
• Successful experience in Agile and Product transformation within a large group;
• Good understanding of the coexistence of Project and Product modes;
• Experience coaching multiple teams or squads;
• Mastery of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile;
• Experience structuring products and unified backlogs;
• Ability to steer delivery by value and by flows;
• Solid skills in facilitation, coaching, and change management;
