AI Coach Expert - AI Factory and MLOps

Project overview

We are looking for an AI Coach and Expert for a long-term mission at our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region to support the transformation of a large technological entity. You will help teams master, secure, and autonomously adopt artificial intelligence. You will join Ingéniance on a permanent executive contract, as part of a community of experts.

Profile sought

You have at least 6 years of experience, including significant experience on concrete AI projects with models deployed in production. You are proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM) and MLOps. You are familiar with AI governance, compliance (GDPR, financial regulations), and model security. You have experience coaching teams. You work in French and English. You are pedagogical, a good listener, and know how to facilitate, analyze, and unite to make teams autonomous.

• Conduct an AI maturity assessment and identify quick wins.
• Build the roadmap: training, proofs of concept, governance.
• Set up an AI Factory: a collaborative platform for ingesting, training, validating, and deploying models.
• Deploy acceleration agents (scripts, micro-services, bots) to automate technological migrations: refactoring legacy code, migrating databases, containerization.
• Train developers, data engineers, project managers, and business experts on AI tools and methods, including MLOps.
• Support 2 to 3 pilot projects to measure productivity and quality gains.
• Document best practices and ensure knowledge transfer.
