PMO Data & AI - Portfolio Management

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced PMO for a long-term mission at our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region, to join a strategic steering structure dedicated to Data and Artificial Intelligence. You will work on an international project portfolio, in direct contact with project managers and management.

Your missions:

Profile sought

You have a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) and confirmed experience (minimum 3 to 5 years, ideally more) in PMO or project portfolio management. You are proficient in Agile methods, budget tracking, and management reporting. You are familiar with the challenges of Data and AI adoption and data management systems. A good level of English is an asset, as the scope is international. Rigorous, structured, and with good interpersonal skills, you know how to alert and convince.

• Contribute to the development of the project portfolio, taking into account costs, deadlines, skills, and dependencies.
• Monitor the progress of projects and programs and verify compliance with commitments and methodological best practices.
• Analyze risks and alert project managers in case of deviation from forecasts.
• Evaluate team capacity, propose reallocations and replanning.
• Monitor and update the budget: consumed, remaining, schedule.
• Produce reporting and dashboards for management.
• Lead the development of master plans and translate them into roadmaps.
