Jobbeschreibung
We are looking for an AI Engineer specializing in Agentic AI and Test Automation to design, develop, and deploy an AI-powered software test automation solution.
Project overview
As part of the development of new AI-based solutions, we are looking for an AI Engineer – Agentic AI & Test Automation.
You will be involved in the design, development, and deployment of a software test automation solution based on generative AI and autonomous AI agents.
Your main missions will be:
The solution should notably allow for covering different types of tests: functional, non-regression, integration, and performance.
- Design and develop a multi-agent architecture composed of several specialized AI agents, capable of collaborating and working in parallel.
- Define the roles, interactions, and orchestration mechanisms between the different agents.
- Integrate different generative AI models (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or equivalents).
- Develop agents capable of analyzing requirements and functional specifications to automatically generate test cases and test plans.
- Automate the execution of test campaigns, analysis of results, and identification of anomalies.
- Implement mechanisms for verification and validation of AI-generated tests.
- Develop connectors allowing agents to interact with existing applications, particularly Desktop applications, graphical interfaces, and APIs.
- Work on interconnection and communication mechanisms between agents and external tools, notably via the MCP protocol.
- Ensure the capitalization of tests, results, and execution proofs in structured tools like JIRA.
- Participate in the industrialization and deployment of the solution: error management, traceability, reliability of processing, and optimization of performance and costs of using AI models.
