AI Engineer – Agentic AI & Test Automation

Project overview

As part of the development of new AI-based solutions, we are looking for an AI Engineer – Agentic AI & Test Automation.

You will be involved in the design, development, and deployment of a multi-agent architecture to automate various stages of software testing processes.

With a higher education in computer science, software development, or artificial intelligence, you have proven experience in developing generative AI-based solutions. We are open to different seniority levels: technical skills and the ability to design an operational solution will take precedence over years of experience.

You ideally have the following skills:

Knowledge of Windows environments and applications developed with WinDev would be a plus.

Beyond technical skills, you are curious, autonomous, and proactive. You enjoy experimentation, solving complex problems, and bringing innovative solutions to fruition.

The position offers a real technical design dimension, with the opportunity to participate in building a solution from A to Z, from architecture definition to its deployment and autonomous operation.

• Design and develop an architecture composed of several autonomous AI agents, capable of collaborating and working in parallel.
• Define the roles, responsibilities, and interactions between the different agents.
• Integrate different generative AI models (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or equivalents).
• Develop agents capable of analyzing needs and functional specifications to automatically generate test cases and test plans.
• Automate the execution of test campaigns, analysis of results, and identification of anomalies.
• Implement verification and validation mechanisms for AI-generated tests.
• Ensure the capitalization of tests, results, and execution evidence in tracking tools such as JIRA / Xray.
• Develop connectors allowing AI agents to interact with applications and Desktop interfaces.
• Implement interconnection mechanisms with APIs and various application components, particularly via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Industrialize and make the solution reliable: error management, traceability, optimization of performance and AI model usage costs.
• Participate in the deployment and autonomous operation of the solution.
• Artificial Intelligence: mastery of LLMs (Claude, OpenAI / ChatGPT, Gemini), experience in developing AI agents and knowledge of multi-agent architectures and their orchestration mechanisms.
• Prompt Engineering: ability to structure interactions with models and optimize their responses.
• Development: good command of Python, experience in API development and integration of external services.
• Automation: ability to connect AI agents to applications and automate Desktop interfaces.
• MCP: knowledge of the Model Context Protocol is appreciated.
• Software Testing: understanding of functional, non-regression, integration, and performance testing methodologies.
• Testing Tools: knowledge of Robot Framework and test and anomaly management tools such as JIRA / Xray.
• Industrialization: knowledge of Git and CI/CD environments, with a particular focus on reliability, traceability, and maintainability of solutions.
• Languages: Python.
• Generative AI: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or equivalents.
• Protocols and Integration: REST API, MCP.
• Test Automation: Robot Framework, JIRA / Xray.
• Application Development: Desktop applications, Windows and WinDev environments.
