AI Engineer – Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineer

Project overview

As part of the development of innovative generative artificial intelligence solutions, a major player in the media and advertising sector is looking for an experienced AI Engineer to support the design, integration, and industrialization of AI agents within its information system.

You will be involved in a strategic program aimed at developing a range of intelligent agents based on LLMs, intended to optimize business processes, automate certain tasks, and enrich the services offered to internal teams and digital platforms.

The objective is to design robust, secure, and scalable AI solutions capable of operating at scale in a demanding production environment.

Your main responsibilities

• Design and development of AI agents
• Design, develop, and integrate AI agents based on Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Implement agentic architectures integrating orchestration, tool usage, context management, and MCP protocols.
• Connect agents to existing APIs, data, and services of the information system.
• Participate in architectural choices and ensure the technical quality of the developed solutions.
• Industrialization and deployment
• Develop robust, maintainable, and testable Python components.
• Containerize applications with Docker and ensure their deployment on Kubernetes (Helm, Azure AKS, or equivalent environment).
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments to production.
• Apply software development best practices: automated tests, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Reliability, observability, and security
• Implement monitoring and observability systems for AI agents in production.
• Use traces, logs, metrics, and user feedback to improve performance.
• Define and implement mechanisms for evaluating the quality and relevance of generated responses.
• Ensure compliance with security, conformity, and secret management requirements.
• Contribute to the reliability, scalability, and maintainability of the solutions.
• Collaboration and technical support
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Infrastructure teams.
• Participate in scoping business needs and translating them into concrete technical solutions.
• Propose and justify architectural choices adapted to the constraints of the existing environment.
• Document solutions and share best practices with the teams.
