The context
Short mission with high visibility: expert intervention on the API portfolio of a major client, as part of a mixed team (senior architect + junior consultant). The audit relies on auditing tools provided by the firm leading the mission.
Your missions
- Technical audit of APIs: analysis of the existing portfolio, identification of deviations from best practices, presentation of findings
- with the support of dedicated audit tools
- API Architecture: definition of the target architecture, exposure patterns, technical governance
- API Strategy: framing the roadmap, recommendations, architectural trade-offs
- Management: guide a more junior collaborator on the mission, delegate activities to them and ensure the quality of deliverables
