- Setting up, managing, and maintaining the case management system and related applications.
- Supporting end-users and resolving incidents.
- Testing new releases and functionalities.
- Managing connections between different applications.
- Setting up digital services (e-services).
- Developing and managing forms and templates.
- Contributing to the improvement of work processes and digital services.
