Key missions:

Flow management: Rigorous monitoring and entry/exit of stock.

Customer relations & Sales: Reception, counter advice, and payment processing.

Communication: Management of the telephone switchboard and call routing.

Technical support: Monitoring customer files and resolving their requests.

Logistics: Editing and optimizing delivery route sheets.
