Present in 8 European countries, it employs nearly 2,500 people, including 1,200 in France, and offers a range of publishing, training, and software solutions.

In a context of digital transformation and IT system rationalization, the group is undertaking several structuring projects to modernize its business tools and harmonize its processes.

One of its major initiatives involves consolidating Zuora CPQ & Billing, the target solution for managing quotes, subscriptions, and billing.

To support this transformation, our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst for Zuora CPQ & Billing, capable of bridging business challenges, technical teams, and integration partners.

Job Description

You will act as a Business Analyst for Zuora CPQ & Billing, as part of the consolidation of Zuora's deployment and the progressive migration from legacy quoting and billing tools.

Your mission: contribute to platform stabilization, support its functional evolution, and ensure the alignment between business needs and the implemented technical solutions.

Under the supervision of the Zuora Application Referent, you will join the team responsible for the solution and collaborate with IT teams, business units, AMOA (IT project management assistance), and external partners.

This mission offers the opportunity to directly contribute to a structuring transformation program, with a strong functional, technical, and transverse dimension.

• Analyze and formalize business needs: participate in requirements gathering workshops, analyze requests, and write functional and technical specifications.
• Support Zuora's stabilization and evolution: contribute to platform reliability and the migration of functionalities from legacy tools.
• Drive solution configuration: perform or supervise the configuration of Zuora Billing and associated functionalities, adhering to platform standards.
• Coordinate developments and integrations: monitor specific developments and work on interactions with Salesforce, APIs/WebServices, and other IT system components.
• Ensure delivery quality: coordinate and supervise unit and end-to-end testing phases to secure functional evolutions.
• Ensure transverse coordination: facilitate communication between the project manager, developers, support, business teams, AMOA, and certified platform partners.
• Securing the transition from historical solutions to Zuora.
• Ensuring the reliability of data flows and application integrations.
• Supporting the evolution of processes related to the subscription lifecycle.
• Improving the stability and quality of the IT system.
• Desired start date: January 4, 2027.
• Estimated duration: mission potentially up to 18 months.
• On-site presence: 3 days per week minimum, depending on operational needs.
• Organization: mission within the IT Solutions department, in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
