Project overview

We are currently working with a client delivering a Data Centre project in Horndal, Sweden, who is looking for an experienced Freelance Senior BIM Manager to join the project on a 12-month contract.

Essential Skills:

• START: Early November
• LOCATION: Horndal, Sweden
• DURATION: 12 Month Contract
• WORKING PATTERN: Full Time, Hybrid / Rotation Option
• PROJECT: Data Centre
• LANGUAGE: English Speaking
• Proven Senior BIM Management experience on Data Centre projects.
• Experience managing BIM deliverables from subcontractors.
• Hands-on modelling experience, alongside BIM coordination and management.
• Previous Google Data Centre experience highly desirable.
• Proficiency in BIM360, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Strong experience with clash detection, model coordination, and multidisciplinary design integration.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage BIM delivery and coordinate subcontractor models throughout construction.
• Undertake hands-on modelling and update BIM models where required.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models using Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360.
• Identify and resolve clashes and technical coordination issues.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet project standards, quality requirements, and deadlines.
• Work closely with site teams and subcontractors to support construction, commissioning, and handover.
