Project overview

Context

As part of its ServiceNow environment evolution and integration projects, our client is looking for a Technical Business Analyst specializing in application interfaces and integration.

You will work around the Silva platform (ServiceNow) and its interactions with third-party systems.

Acting as a true interface between business and technical teams, you will be responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, specification writing, and development monitoring.

You will work in close collaboration with a development team (factory) based in Bangalore, whose technical proposals and deliverables you will need to challenge.

The mission is part of an international English-speaking environment, with a strong focus on application integration, APIs, orchestration, and Agile coordination.

Your missions

Profile Sought

You have extensive experience with application interfaces and integration flows between ServiceNow and third-party systems.

You have a solid technical background that allows you to understand architectures, APIs, orchestration mechanisms, and developments carried out by technical teams.

You are not a pure developer: your role is primarily focused on Business Analysis, design, specifications, and coordination, with the ability to technically challenge development teams.
