Business Analysis ServiceNow specialized HRSD | L2

Project overview

We are looking for a Business Analysis ServiceNow specialized in HRSD (HR Service Delivery) and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) to work on deployment and evolution projects of the ServiceNow platform within a large international group.

The consultant will be the interface between business teams (HR, Workplace Services, business users) and technical teams. The role will be to gather needs, write functional specifications, design solutions, support development, manage tests, secure deployments, and ensure functional support.

The consultant must be able to handle a subject end-to-end, from requirement gathering to go-live and stabilization phase.

Main Responsibilities

Gathering and analyzing business needs.

Writing functional specifications and user stories.

Designing solutions on ServiceNow HRSD and WSD.

Validating technical specifications.

Supporting and monitoring development.

Organizing and managing user acceptance testing (UAT).

Supporting deployments and go-lives.

Managing risks, issues, and dependencies.

Facilitating exchanges with stakeholders.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of the platform and processes.

Experience

3 to 5 years minimum as a ServiceNow Business Analyst.

Several successfully delivered ServiceNow projects.

Significant experience with the following modules:

ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)

Technical Skills

Ideally possess or have already practiced:

ServiceNow HR Fundamentals & HR Implementation.

Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).

ServiceNow System Administrator.

ServiceNow Advanced System Administrator.

WSD Professional Certification.

Functional Skills

Business Analysis.

Gathering and formalizing needs.

Writing functional specifications.

Release management.

Testing and functional validation.

Change management support.

Functional support.

Backlog and product roadmap management.

Methodologies

ITIL (certification appreciated).

Agile / Scrum project management.

Experience in international environments.

Languages

Fluent English mandatory (international environment).
