Context of the mission

As part of the Mycelium program, a new client portal for two user categories—distributors and end investors—will be launched.

The objective is to strengthen the SCIS IT team by recruiting a senior Business Analyst with solid knowledge of asset management activities, data, Asset Management business processes, and digitalization of the client journey.

• Write functional specifications and User Stories.
• Ensure project and backlog monitoring.
• Organize and coordinate activities in Agile mode.
• Define testing strategies.
• Perform end-to-end functional tests and non-regression tests.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders.
• Demonstrate excellent writing and synthesis skills.
• Good knowledge of asset management, particularly static and dynamic data related to funds and mandates.
• Good command of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
• Good writing skills for documentation.
• Coordination with various business entities and project stakeholders.
• SQL: ability to write SQL queries.
• Azure DevOps: project management, backlog management, and Agile activities.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud: appreciated skill, but not mandatory.
• Mastery of Azure DevOps or a similar Agile management tool.
• Knowledge of SQL Server.
