Business Analyst CRM

Project overview

We are looking for a CRM Business Analyst for a long-term mission with our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region. You will join an IT team that manages a customer relationship management tool for business units. You are the key contact between users and technical teams.

Your missions:

Profile sought

You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or AMOA, ideally on a CRM tool. You are proficient in needs analysis, writing functional specifications, and acceptance testing. You are comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and have some knowledge of SQL. A good level of English is essential. You have strong communication, pedagogical, and organizational skills. You know how to convince and challenge a need.

• Gather, qualify, and prioritize needs with business units, and challenge those that are disproportionate or far from the strategy.
• Contribute to the development of functional specifications and supervise their realization by IT teams.
• Participate in the functional acceptance testing phase.
• Formalize processes and coordinate tool evolution projects.
• Organize change management with users.
• Lead user training: support materials and online help.
• Coordinate and plan security and infrastructure evolutions related to the tool.
