Profile sought
You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or AMOA, ideally on a CRM tool. You are proficient in needs analysis, writing functional specifications, and acceptance testing. You are comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and have some knowledge of SQL. A good level of English is essential. You have strong communication, pedagogical, and organizational skills. You know how to convince and challenge a need.

- Gather, qualify, and prioritize needs with business units, and challenge those that are disproportionate or far from the strategy.
- Contribute to the development of functional specifications and supervise their realization by IT teams.
- Participate in the functional acceptance testing phase.
- Formalize processes and coordinate tool evolution projects.
- Organize change management with users.
- Lead user training: support materials and online help.
- Coordinate and plan security and infrastructure evolutions related to the tool.
