Project overview

As Business Analyst D, you will translate compliance issues into workable solutions within Rabobank.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Translating complex compliance requirements into clear controls, evidence models, and digital journeys
• Collaborating with stakeholders such as CISO, TCO/DCO, DPCO, and engineering teams
• Designing end-to-end journeys together with Adherence squads
• Determining compliance trajectories and developing workable micro-journeys for engineers
• Inventorying risk monitoring
• Integrating AI innovations within existing processes and maintaining an AI readiness backlog
• Performing impact analyses and providing requested and unsolicited strategic advice
• Extensive experience as a business analyst in regulated or technology-driven environments
• Strong skills in requirements engineering, process modeling, and journey design
• Experience in translating risk and policy requirements into controls and technical requirements
• Good stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Strategic insight combined with attention to implementation details
• Knowledge of AI, evidence, controls, and software development
• Entrepreneurial, analytical, and collaborative attitude
• Fluent command of English and Dutch
