Your missions:
You will join Ingéniance on a permanent executive contract, as part of a community of experts in market finance, banking, and insurance.

Profile sought
You are an expert in accounting and finance, with solid experience in financial reporting or consolidation projects. You have mastered IFRS 9, 15, 16, 17 standards and IAS 12, 37, 24, and 39 standards, as well as financial instruments and their accounting treatment. You know how to formalize business needs, produce clear summaries, and conduct user tests. Knowledge of Tagetik is a plus. Good project management practice and fluent English are expected. Rigorous, comfortable with various stakeholders, you know how to work in an agile sprint mode.

- Represent the business team in the detailed design work for each implementation sprint.
- Prepare user tests: test scenarios and data sets.
- Conduct user tests and report anomalies to the project team.
- Contribute to the business impact study of anomalies identified in each sprint.
- Participate occasionally in reporting production during quarterly closings: controls, analyses, and summaries.
- Ensure progress tracking with management and contribute to communication and change management.
