Orchestrate the governance and management of End User Services & Workplace Trading projects for a major banking client.

As part of strengthening the management capabilities within the End User Services (EUS) department, we are looking for a PMO Workplace & EUS. Within a dynamic team covering classic Workplace and Workplace Trading, your role will be central, transversal, and strategic: you will ensure governance, budget and operational monitoring, creation of performance indicators (KPIs), and management of implementation projects to guarantee the alignment of IT services with the requirements of users and trading floors.

Your Future Environment

You will evolve at the heart of the End User Services unit of the IT department of a large international banking institution. In constant interaction with project managers, infrastructure managers, support teams, and business managers (trading floors, trading, transverse departments), you will work in a hybrid setting (3 days per week at the client site, with the possibility of on-call duty outside normal hours).

This is the ideal environment to deploy your mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), utilize leading BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and operate in a demanding international context.

Your Key Missions

Project Management, Reporting & Governance (GOVERNANCE & PMO Mode):

Data Analysis, KPIs & Continuous Improvement (DATA & FACILITATION Mode):

• Coordinate and structure the portfolio of implementation projects for Workplace (collaborative work environment, tool deployments, workstation masters) and Workplace Trading (trading floors, critical communications) areas.
• Lead governance bodies (Project Committees, Steering Committees / COPIL) and prepare concise presentation materials for EUS management.
• Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, risk management, and deliverables according to Agile (Scrum/Kanban) or Waterfall methodologies.
• Provide and administer monitoring and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
• Design, consolidate, and automate dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs / OKRs) using Power BI or Tableau.
• Analyze volume data, user satisfaction, and user service performance to inform decision-making.
• Act as a facilitator for technical and operational teams with strong transverse leadership (coordination without hierarchical link).
• Identify optimization areas and participate in continuous improvement initiatives for EUS processes.

• Education: Master's degree (Business School, Engineering School, or University Master's degree in IT Management / Project Management).
• Experience: You have 4 to 8 years of confirmed experience as a PMO, IT Project Manager, or IT Governance Consultant, necessarily acquired in the banking or financial sector.
• Essential Technical & Business Skills:
• Good knowledge of user work environment challenges (Workplace, End User Services, workstation management, M365 collaborative tools).
• Knowledge of trading environments and critical communications (Critical Communications / turrets / recording) is a significant appreciated plus.
• Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and associated frameworks.
• Expertise in management and reporting tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence.
• Solid skills in data analysis and creation of executive dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Soft Skills & Languages:
• Transverse leadership, interpersonal skills, and a facilitating/solution-oriented approach.
• Analytical and synthesis skills, and strong organizational rigor.
• Fluent English and fluent French are mandatory (daily exchanges in an international banking environment).
• Excellence in Reporting: Ability to transform complex infrastructure data into visual, clear, and immediately actionable indicators for decision-makers.
• Client Culture and Business Acumen: Fine understanding of the operational constraints of trading floor users and the responsiveness required by trading.
