Business Analyst IT Cash Management

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst in cash management for a long-term mission with our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region. You will work on a major transformation program around factoring: building a platform for routing, transforming, monitoring, and administering cash management flows exchanged with banking institutions. Development is carried out in Java, Angular, and Semarchy xDI by outsourced teams.

Your missions:

The position is a senior management CDI with 50% on-site presence. You will join a community of banking and finance experts.

Profile sought

BAC+4/5 education and senior profile: about fifteen years of experience, including solid experience in cash management and payment flows (SEPA, clearing). You have mastered functional design, specification writing, and IT test management. You know how to support user testing and track anomalies. Fluent English required. You have communication and coordination skills, you can unite diverse stakeholders, both business and technical, and you know how to take a critical and constructive view.

• Analyze business needs for Cash Management and design the functional solution.
• Critically and constructively challenge these needs.
• Ensure the solution's adequacy with business requirements and its validation by stakeholders.
• Write functional specifications that initiate development.
• Organize and contribute to IT testing: multi-application integration, performance, incident recovery.
• Support the business in conducting user testing.
• Participate in functional and technical workshops with business, development, partner banks, and production teams.
